About Teresa Roberts, Real Estate Broker
Teresa is a self-motivated real estate agent who enjoys helping families achieve their dreams of owning a home. She is the broker of MVP Realty SoCal which she established in 2018. She started her real estate career in 2016 after spending 28 years in law. When she made the transition into real estate, she hit the ground running and hasn’t stopped since. Teresa loves the job. Her many years of experience in practicing real estate law has helped her successfully transition into this field. Aside from selling homes and representing buyers, Teresa enjoys helping people get the homes they want and finding ways to make it happen for them even when they didn’t think it was possible.
Teresa has a lot of experience helping distressed homeowners gain a new start as well. In 2016, she started working with Deborah Priebe of The Dyson Companies, helping sell her distressed homes through the Bankruptcy Court. Because of that experience, Teresa has gained a solid understanding of the short sale process and court proceedings when it comes to the sale of a distressed home. In addition, she has a solid working relationship with the court’s staff and broker, and they continue to help dispose of the court’s distressed assets with much success.
Teresa recently started working in the Commercial world of real estate. She specializes in selling off-market commercial properties for private investment groups. She's beginning to love the commercial world and is excited about the new adventure!

Teresa is a published author and winner of the 2014 Hollywood Screenplay Contest (Drama Division). She recently sold her award-winning work to Bronx Media. Teresa is also a wife, mother, and grandmother. What she enjoys doing in her spare time is spending time with her family. Her goal in real estate is to set the standard for service excellence which will keep her clients coming back to her. Her commitment to exceptional customer service led many of her clients to become great sources for referrals and repeat business.
